症例紹介　ケース009　右下臼歯部の単独歯ケース（その１）

今年に入って私の初インプラント埋入手術です。ここから約１ヶ月間毎週のようにインプラント手術がつづくのです。
私はインプラントの手術の時は完全集中のためにその患者様しか予約を取りません。そして全身全霊を傾けて（ちょっと大げさ(^_^;)）、手術に望んでいます。ですからインプラントの手術を受けられる方はこの時間だけは完全に大月歯科医院はあなただけのために時間をご用意させていただいております。従って細かい気遣いも半端じゃあありません。これは手術を当医院で受けられた方だけがわかることなのです。これも大月歯科医院ができてからずっと続けてきたことです。これからも変えるつもりはありません。
それでは今日の症例をご覧に頂きます。

＜右下臼歯部の単独歯ケース（その１）ＧＢＲ後からの埋入＞
この症例は右下臼歯部の欠損のためインプラントの埋入となったものです。本当は５番、６番が欠損なのですが、スペースの関係上、いろいろワックスアップをしてみた結果、６番のみの単独での埋入を選択いたしました。
もちろん術前にＣＴによる神経までの距離や骨の幅を確認しております。単独植立と言うこともあり、できるだけ幅の太いインプラントを埋入したいところです。

ＧＢＲを行う前の状態です。５番の抜歯窩が見えます。頬側の骨幅が少ないです。従ってＧＢＲを行いました。

約半年後の今日、インプラント埋入となりました。骨幅の増加が認められます。ちょっとまだ骨補填材の粒子があり、つぶつぶとした感じですが、さわるとカリカリの状態で、インプラントの埋入には問題ありません。

直径５ｍｍのインプラントを所定の位置に埋入し、縫合いたしました。
今後の経過もこのコーナーにて紹介いたしたいと思います。
