最近のインプラント治療の動向
インプラント治療全般について 最近のインプラント治療の動向として、『トップダウントリートメント』という言葉がよく使われるようになりました。これは従来の入れ歯が嫌な人、あるいは調子が悪い人のためにインプラント治療を行うという『噛めること』を第１目標とした考え方とは異なります。 近年のインプラント治療では噛めることはもちろんのことですが、より元の歯に近い『審美性』と頼長くその状態が維持される『永続性』が求められるようになっているのです。
従って、まず修復すべき部位にどのような補綴物が必要なのかを考慮してから、その下のインプラント構造や、その周りの『骨を含めた周囲組織』の再生を総合的に診断し、治療を進めていく技術が要求されているのです。
大月歯科医院では開院当初より積極的にこのテーマに取り組んでおり、当院におけるインプラント治療での約８５％が周囲組織の改善を行っています。
当医院のインプラント治療におけるコンセプトである『安心で確実な』インプラント治療。 ここではそのために当医院で行った実際の症例や、その技術を支える様々なマテリアルも紹介していきたいと思います。
