症例紹介 ケース001 その３
さて今回は１次手術が終わって、治癒期間（約３－４ヶ月）終了後にインプラントの上部構造を作っていく上で大切な、土台の部分となるところをつないでいく行程からです。一般にこの行程のことを２次手術と言います。
２次手術で大月歯科医院で重要視しているところは、単にアバットメントの部分の頭出しをすることにとどまらず、より安定したインプラント周囲組織を獲得することです。ひいてはこのことがインプラント治療の永続性を左右する因子となると考えるからです。
歯周病の勉強会で有名なJIADS（ジアズ）で勉強されている先生方ならおわかりですよね(^o^)。実は私もJIADSクラブ会員ですので．．．(^_^)v
今回の症例では比較的角化歯肉が歯槽堤上部にありましたのでこの部分を最大限利用していくことにしました。
APFです。見た目はすごいですが、ちゃんとサージカルパックをしますので痛くはありません(^_^)v
その後周囲組織の治癒を待ってから印象を行い、模型を作成いたします。

ＴＥＫの装着
この状態で少しずつインプラントにローディング（咬合力をかけ始めること）を行い、リハビリを行います。そして最終補綴物の作成へ！
最近はハイブリッドも良いなあと思っています
